Introduced new anti-collision respawn mechanism - removed non-collisions zones

Decreased number of mines per player by half
Improved remote player movement smoothing

Fixed reflection maps (causing too bright night)
Fixed errors on server side after player leaves game
Fixed "Failed to send internal buffer" errors on server side when player times out
